Doris has come a long way since she first started her journey in real estate in 2018. She has always been motivated by the potential she sees in the property market.
This has spurred her on to improve herself in all aspects, which has helped her to become successful.. She has invested a lot of time and effort into her career, and it is paying off.
Being in the industry for the past four years has also been a great way for Doris to push herself and achieve her goals.
Doris has put in a lot of hard work to get where she is today as a Real Estate Negotiator for IQI Realty.
Dealing With People Who Doubted Her Ability To Succeed
“I’ve had some friends say they’re sceptical when I first told them about my plans to become a property agent. However, that didn't stop me.”
Doris admitted being in the industry has been a challenging experience for her, as it was once dominated by men.
Doris was awarded the Top Subsale for the IQI Realty Sabah region for 2020. Not just that, she was awarded as the champion for that year as well.
While in 2021, she was nominated for the Top 10 Subsale Performers. The same year, she was awarded ‘Real Estate Negotiator (Commercial) Sabah 2021 by the Malaysian Institute of Estate Agents(MIEA).
Doris is committed to breaking down the stereotypes that keep women out of certain industries, and she’s ready to prove that being a property agent isn’t just a man’s job.
She hopes to inspire seniors in age or even
the younger generations.
