Multi Million Agent, Celine Teah makes it to Finland

Shortly after speaking with us about her journey as one of the Women In Real Estate 2023 recipients, Celine jet set off to Europe for The Roof Realty's Top Achiever Incentive Trip.

An exciting time, especially for being one of the two only from Sabah to be on the trip!

After nine years in the industry, Celine has a few accolades under her belt.

Just last year she achieved -

eleven times top achiever in her branch;
four times top achiever nationwide;
and was the first in East Malaysia to receive the Multi Million Agent award

On her most important skill

As a mother of two, Celine emphasises the importance of time management.

"It can be challenging to balance sales and looking after my kids. Not only that but I am focusing on building my team as well. At the moment I have 58 members under me in KK.

Time management is very important so to have the capacity to guide and advice as best I can, my team and I have weekly meetings every Monday.

Of course, money is an attractive part of being in real estate sales. Money is unlimited in this career and your time is flexible. However it is my team that motivates me.

In reality I work most days, even on public holidays, and my team can reach out to me at any time. Our weekly team meetings minimise that though so that's why time management is a must for me."

On her biggest takeaway

"I ended up in real estate by coincidence. From the first agency that I joined, I found myself wanting to expand and from there I made decisions to keep advancing to where I am today.

What got me through it was believing in myself.

You absolutely must believe in yourself. When you believe in something, you must really believe in it because if you do, your mind will find a way to make it happen."
