Property Hunter organizes two major expos annually, namely PH Expo in March and Karnival Rumah Malaysia (KRM) in December. While PH Expo focuses on investment projects, KRM places emphasis on properties for personal use and Bumiputera benefits. Elson outlines the Company's primary goal is to create events that are relevant and beneficial to the visitors, and adds, "Our goal is always to bring in new information and products to the local market."

Staying Ahead of the Curve

Looking ahead, Victor shares exciting plans for venturing into new markets. "This year we have started to try out some new markets for our clients to showcase and sell their property," Victor reveals. With the new Sabah MM2H plan, Property Hunter plans to organize an event in the Chinese market in 2024 to attract potential buyers to invest in Malaysia; Sabah in particular.

Elson sheds light on how Property Hunter stays at the forefront of the industry, emphasizing the creation of interactive and memorable experiences at their events. "Our venues include designated lounge areas for both visitors and exhibitors to recharge before delving back into the immersive experience. In certain private events, we even tailor specific scents to enhance the overall comfort of attendees," Elson states, highlighting the Company's philosophy is centered around enriching the five senses – what they see, feel, smell, hear, and taste – to create a holistic and memorable event atmosphere.

Discussing the future, Victor predicts steady growth in the Malaysian property market. He anticipates a trend toward jointly named property purchases due to the challenge of rising prices against slower income growth. Elson emphasizes adaptability, saying, "We constantly keep ourselves up to date with new event trends by visiting events and exhibitions from around the world."
