Yvonne Wong : Making Things Possible
Over the past 8 years, Yvonne has worked her way up to be a frequent Top Performer at Property Hub time and time again.
Before her transition into real estate, Yvonne had to make the risky decision to leave her stable salary career as an air stewardess to become a real estate negotiator where income is not always a guarantee.
At the time she thought to herself, if she were to remain in commercial flying, she may ensure a steady income but she knew that she had already reached her ceiling and wanted more out of life.
Her faith in herself to achieve more, led her to where she is today.
“The income potential is limitless. As a real estate agent you can make unlimited income, set your own hours and enjoy personal freedom. Real estate sales can be exhausting when you don’t see results but you still have to get up every day and take action.”
Being the role model for her son
“I’m determined to become a success in real estate and I won’t stop until I achieve that level of success. Success motivates me to be the best I can be. I want to set an example, you never know who is looking up to you and I hope my son will have someone to look up to too.”
Yvonne has a proven track record of being an achiever. Her hard work and dedication have paid off. Yvonne was ranked as one of the National Top 15 Achievers in Q1 and Q2 of 2021, and was ranked as the Sabah Top Achiever in Q2 2021.
Yvonne was also ranked as one of the National Top 15 Achievers in Q3 2021, and has been awarded the 2021 Highest Transacted Property Value Award.
Overcoming the challenges of being a single mother
Being a single parent has been tough for Yvonne. She tries to balance being a good mother to her son with working hard and taking on as many responsibilities as she can at work.
Although it can be tough at times, Yvonne has gotten the hang of it. She tries to spend as much time as she can with her son.
She brings him and her mom to eat out or goes on a staycation when she has free time. Yvonne loves spending time with her son. She also loves watching Netflix with him and just being together.
